Sorella Millet gave me a Dragon Cookie Cutter! SO that is the second one!
This is the Roma Church Building and Mission Office, we are just entering the church for our area conference.
Elder Teixeira, President of the Europe Area, was our General Authority, he will be speaking in the opening session of General Conference, he is a master teacher as well as his wife.
He taught through others. He got out our mission call and showed us we are to invite others to come unto Christ through the waters of Baptism, that is a mission. Also that when we state our purpose on the first meeting it serves as a common understanding of expectation. It reminded me of school and at the beginning of each semester the guidelines and expectations are outlined. You can decide right away what your going to do. He pointed out the importance of patterns and all humans need for patterns. Schedules are part of patterns.
Sister Teixeira talked about the importance of charity on a mission, then asked what did you do to serve your companion today? Service, charity love starts with your companionship.
Everyone was blessed to hear and be taught, happy reunions also were awesome. Sorella Harmond
Sorella Stevens was our helper while we were preparing to come and keeps track of us here.
President and Sorella Waddoups, My favorite quote came from the President, He said, "To increase , you have to do things that require faith!"
Just had to show this fountain. They are in all cities, dating back to ROMAN times. A promise to have clean water for its people. So these fountains are various sizes and some times they have many spouts but they are every few blocks.
We had a sorella with a birthday and so we went looking for a gift, All the Sorella love scarves and so that was our goal. We found a perfect scarf and the gal who sold us the scarf looked and sounded so much like our niece Katie we asked to take her picture. So Katie here is your Italy Twin!
This is the pines of Roma, they look like tall mushrooms, they are huge in other areas.
Just a shot of life, Not sure how much the cat is appreciated on the top, but she is happy.
