This is the Trevi Fountain and it was just as busy as ever.
It was a little disappointing to see all the coins in the water. It was so perfectly clean last time we were there---- BUT ----- it had just opened!
We ate at this Gelato with Laura and Ryan when they were here and we had to go and have gelato there again.
We have been looking for some ROMA things and we were talking to the street vendor who was trying hard to make a sale-- to some dumb tourists -- he made the mistake of saying there was the say things up the lane but his were the best  and at a better price of 9 euro each. We decided we needed to check out the other vendors and found a vendor with the same things and had more for 6 euro's each! While I was making a choice a gelato owner came by to throw away his trash and saw I was eat the gelato and said I had to try his because it was made with all natural ingredients and it was 10 times better.
Well Laura and Ryan I'm afraid he was right and the gelato we though was so good was not close to this man's gelato!
Carl asking for directions and the Gelato owner showing him on the i phone how to get there!

Have to remember this place so we can take Daniel there --- It was that good!
Our next stop was the bus station and we had to walk through this tunnel to get there! The wheels rolling over the cobblestone was SO loud, our ears ached. Couldn't image how much louder it would have sounded with wooden carts and chariots!
This little chapel of no fame of clam, was rather perfect, just tucked into the city between two large structures of impressive grandeur. Just liked it.

Okay to the buses.
