Fruit stands are very plentiful -- the owner's wife is a member --not attending-- yet.

 The wife wanted us to contact her husband for visits-- we are trying. 

 This is the way a some of the fruit is sold here-- back end of cars/ vans/ ape ( sounds like--aw-pay and are the three wheeler jobs) and trucks.

 Yep, they got caught but I waved and they waved back, all is good.

 Desmond's birthday -- a landlord of the Sisters brought a crate of oranges from his trees-- very good!

 No candles but a Happy Birthday song was sung.

 Giovanni really likes TACO SOUP! These Southern Italians like HOT and spicy.

It looks and feels like spring here, 70 yesterday and today, the cactus tree is blooming. This year is the opposite of last year-- it is nice and warm-- and hardly any rain so far!
