This is outside of the Roma Church Building, and this is Christina. She was 17 years old when she was taught and baptized , Presidente B and his companion were blessed to be a part of that time. She has remained true and faithful despite opposition from family and friends.Her father on his death bed asked her why she left "the church".The  Catholic Faith is powerfully strong and centuries old here so members had a very rough life at the time of Christina's conversion. There are more faiths now.

 Christina told us she had been praying that she could once again meet up with those that helped her in her conversion when we called about a month ago. What an answer to prayer. Timing is very important to the Lord, and He had us here at just the right time. Christina never married and that has been a deep hurt. Worthiness and willingness to obey commandments is a eternal commitment. Lifestyles in Italy are not too close to the Gospel Teachings. 

 They had a wonderful walk down memory lane, while on our way to get Christina's favorite food PIZZA.

 This was such a great place to get pizza, The red doted pizza is a sausage pizza. They put the tomato sauce one first then the sausage then the cheese,& bake and then top with cherry tomatoes cut in half and fresh leaves of basil to top it off, The Pizza next on the right side is a potato pizza. Red sauce, cheese and then the potatoes which looked like hash browns on top, baked. The first pizza to the left is one of the sandwich kinds of pizza's that have crust on bottom and top. Like a very long Calzone. The green pizza has red sauce, cheese and zucchini shredded like hash browns on top and baked.

 They brought out a Zucchini Blossom Pizza. They put the blossoms on top of the sauce and cheese, it is a favorite. They also take the blossom and dip it in batter and deep fry it. Tasted like zucchini to me but what do I know. ( I had gluten free chicken salad-- very good.)

 We bought all the different kinds of pizza, you buy by the kilo ( pound), and brought it back to the church and shared lunch with all the office personal. 

 After lunch we took another walk down memory lane through the mission library. We found Elder Bullock's mission picture. We also found Howard from Billings, Montana, and the greenie Presidente Bullock trained and worked with to teach Christina. I thought  a few might recognize this one too.

Christina is ready to motor on home and it was time for our Conference with the senior missionaries. She uses this motor bike because it does not require a license or insurance. It was very easy to love Christina, she is a hard working soul, dedicated to Lord, and a blast to be around. She is a Aunt LuJean type.
