 The steps needed to be happy, part of the guest speakers presentation-- all steps missionaries are to keep! Rise early, exercise, eat health, family, try new things , learn new things--- anyway -- it was interesting to see all our guidelines were up on her chart

 We find it amazing that these trees grow and thrive with the extreme trimming they do here, but they do well and many fruit trees are cut the same way and they produce wonderful fruit.

 My favorite gluten free bakery !

 The Gluten free bakery is on one side of the street, on the other side is the sea --- rent a changing booth and go enjoy the day!

 First Gluten Free Donut since going on this diet, 3 plus years ago and this donut was really good! It was huge so 1 would do for both of us!

 Can't get enough of our castle and so just adding some memories for the future!
