Can anyone find the Black Panther--- it is tradition to hide and find a cat in our Nativity / village at home. We thought we could carry on the tradition via-- technology! We have not been able to find a cat so Anziano Blazzard donated his Kinder Egg surprise for our game! The Black Panther.

 We have nursery to age 10 Thank goodness for Vincenzo , he is wonderful with Elliot and keeps the rest in line.

 Today was Riccardo's baptism, he turned 8 and we got to celebrate with his baptism!

Italian Thankful Turkeys-- we had to improvise -- no candy corns here!

 This will be the the Donkey was missing in our nativity so we found one to put in the manger. 

 Thanksgiving was on Tuesday and we had Three Cites, Catanzaro , Cosenza, and Crotone

This was a bit bewitching to see the full moon over the harbor, with the lights of the boats flicking on the water! Too bad is doesn't come through.

 The Minion craz is here in Italy--- not sure if it is still in the states? A Minion made out of balloons.

 A garden with Brussel Sprouts are below the scarecrow and something they call greens-  on the other side( lighter green). As stated before , Italians eat lots of greens!

 We had our District President visiting and so had Pranzo with some members / missionaries. It is Anziano Kelly's Birthday as well so- Italy Apron time.

 Italy does a whole village not just the manger.

Zawhil has been our neighbor in the apartment since we have been here and he is a good soul. He has asked us once again  pray for him, He is Muslim but  we all believe in God, as he pointed out. He is in Rome to get his passport to enter Germany. He will be missed. He never saw us but he didn't ask --please, may I help you?  He was sorry to miss Laura and Ryan when they were here. He came to see them and they were gone. When people come to visit here they spend several months. We explained they had jobs to get back to--- he smiled and said, "work is good-- it would be good to have work". He has been here waiting for his paper work and not being able to work. His Family has been supporting him in the hopes he will be able to get them out of Pakistan too!

 We had a visit planned but they were a no show so we checked out a part of town we have not explored and found DRAGONS! The gates are part of one of the Catholic Churches.

Almost 20 inches long and 6 in half pounds.

Sorella Chandler was a blessing to all who heard her , sing, play the piano and violin. We are grateful for her time here, she was Heaven sent.

Hello to our new Crotone Missionaries!

Good bye to Anziano Zappettini, a very handy man to have around. And he also cooks and bakes!

Anziano Kelly and Sorella Bray welcome. Transfers are coming up again, we have a 4 week transfer because of Christmas. We may lose our Greenies ?

 We were home long enough to make a few visit and then off to Cosenza for District Conference, We spent the night there. We go up and over a mountain range to get there and this is one of the valley's turning colors
