The rest of our Branch Nativity.
And now the wise man, and girls
We cleaned up with the help of members and got home to pack for our trip to Caserta!!
On our way to Caserta we were on the tops of mountains and looked down at clouds pouring over the lower valleys. All while driving.

LAST minute shopping--- I was crazy as people were headed off in every direction to buy stuff and the boarding area had about half the people already on the plane!
We made it back and the rides showed up.
We came home to a "Jubilee Celebration" Those are their Santa Clauses in the center.
We just saw this new pizza place --we will have to go in!
This is our Duomo that has the Sacred Door for our area. It has never been open to the public. This year will be the first time ever. The Pope has also just announced there is no fee to enter, that is also NEW.
Bella Crotone--- It is good to be home.

Dad loved the Idea that he could pass a Porsche.
One of the many Granite quarries we passed along our way.
Leaving Switzerland , hello Italy.
This part of Italy was not too pleasant -- smog and industry. We are told the north wants to become their own country because the south is pulling their economy down. I really felt like I was living the mini series North and South-- the England version during the Industrial Revolution.
Bergamo
Some shopping.
A place that I thought was wonderful. You bring your own container and buy by the ounce. Soaps & cleaning supplies.
We traveled to the top of the old town and were too late to go inside the church but the old town was every well kept.
An original fish market--- not sure how old but at least 17th century. Marble water baths for the fish.
